Permanent resident Client was placed into the deportation proceedings after convicted of a serial of criminal charges. We filed the relief under cancellation of removal by providing evidence showing his 10 years continuous physical residence in the U.S., good moral character, no convictions that make him inadmissible or deportable and exceptional and extremely unusual hardship. Client’s relief was granted and therefore returned to family.
