田纳西州毒品管制法——毒品分类介绍

田纳西州对于毒品的管制是根据毒品或者受控物质的分类来采取相应的措施。受控物质或毒品通常是根据其滥用的可能性、后果的可能性以及合法医疗用途的程度进行分类。 在联邦层面上，受控物质被分为五类，分别被归类在附表一、附表二、附表三、附表四和附表五之中。 附表一物质具有很高的滥用可能性，没有医疗价值。 每个后续附表分类的滥用可能性较小，因此附表 I 麻醉品比附表 II 麻醉品更容易引起依赖性，依此类推。 许多处方药属于五种分类之一。 如果您被发现持有受控物质药物，而处方药瓶上没有写有您的名字，您可能会被指控持有受控物质。 田纳西州法律也禁止同时向多个医生求药，即为同一受控药物向多个医生寻求处方的做法。 持有管制物质可能会导致各种指控，包括处方欺诈、持有毒品或故意持有。 田纳西州的毒品分类表 尽管田纳西州和许多其他州总体上采用了联邦政府对于受控物质的分类方式，但也经常对药物的分类进行调整。 以下是田纳西州受控物质的分类方式： [...]
