A family of Egyptian Coptic Christians entered into the United States with tourist visas. After analyzing their situation, we believe that they had excellent grounds to support their claim of asylum based on past persecution due to their religious belief. After organizing their testimony supported with varieties of evidence, their asylum application was timely filed. A couple months later they were scheduled for interview. We had a few meetings with the clients to get them ready. Two weeks after the interview, their asylum was granted. The whole family was in tears with joy and happiness.
