Landlord with potential damages to their property successfully won the property back

Client who owned a commercial property hired us due to a default caused by their tenant who owed the rent and was in the process of terminating the lease prior to expiration and with the intent of removing all properties out of the restaurant which Client had a security interest in.  We immediately filed a complaint along with a petition for temporary restraining order against the tenant which successfully stopped the tenant from removing anything from the property.  After a few rounds of hearing and subsequent proceedings, we were able to win the case for Client, evicted the tenant and secured his interest by retaining all tenant’s properties in the property.
